Good knife skills, organization, cleanliness, and the ability to work quickly while keeping quality consistent are essential. Experience in catering, deli preparation, or a cold kitchen is preferred. We're a busy fast-casual Korean Gastropub looking for reliable kitchen staff for our night shift (4:00PM–2:30AM). We are looking for a line cook who can follow the guidance of senior staff and who has the potential to eventually become a senior line cook capable of leading the line.
