We need a bartender to not only represent us, but be friendly, social and interactive with guests as they are requesting drinks. The event will take place in Long Island. About the Role Market Bar is evolving into Flatbush Brewery, and we’re looking for an experienced, service-driven Bartender/Server to join our team. We’re seeking someone who brings more than bartending skills behind the bar. The ideal candidate understands beer, hospitality, and sales and knows how to turn first-time guests into regulars. You should be comfortable recommending beers, upselling based on guest preferences, and creating genuine relationships with customers.
