We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! Experience in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery or Aesthetics is a plus, or at least some sort of demonstrated interest with a willingness to learn - let us know! You will be rooming patients and assisting doctors with general and cosmetic dermatology procedures. Responsibilities: • Perform routine clinical tasks to support doctors: setting up for biopsies, assisting in cosmetic procedures, numbing patients, performing blood draws., • Escort patients to exam rooms, keeping the flow of the office at an optimum level., • Enter chief complaint into EMR. ​Qualifications: • Must be certified and comfortable in performing blood draws (phlebotomy certification), • Previous experience medical assisting in a dermatology office or demonstrated interest in aesthetics, • Strong communication skills, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, • Pleasant and outgoing personality to make patients feel welcome and at ease This is a full-time salaried or part-time hourly position, generally 32-40 hours a week Monday-Friday with Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. We are a team-oriented, friendly, nice place to work.

You will assist the podiatrist with clinical care, patient flow, and basic administrative tasks. Local candidates living in or near Jackson Heights are strongly preferred. Location: 3713 85TH Street, Jackson Heights, Queens, NY Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Patient Care: Prepare treatment rooms, escort patients, record vital signs, and document medical histories., • Clinical Support: Assist the podiatrist during minor procedures, set up specialized equipment, clean/sterilize instruments, and maintain inventory., • Administrative: Help with appointment check-ins, patient scheduling, and translating for non-English speaking patients.
