Overview As a Delivery Driver, you’ll transport products safely and reliably along assigned routes while creating a positive customer experience. You’ll communicate clearly with clients, handle merchandise with care, and help keep deliveries organized from pickup through completion. Your impact: Accurate, courteous deliveries help customers receive the products they need and build trust in the service. Responsibilities • Drive delivery vehicles on assigned routes and follow applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations., • Load, unload, and transport products using safe lifting practices; heavy lifting may be required., • Confirm orders, use basic math to verify quantities and pricing, and keep delivery records organized., • Provide customer service, communicate with clients, and build strong customer relationships., • Support sales through appropriate upselling and merchandising, including at retail store locations when needed. Skills • Required: Valid authorization to drive the assigned vehicle and a safe driving approach; commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience is preferred., • Required: Communication, client communication, customer service, organizational skills, and basic math., • Preferred: Route driving, automobile transportation, retail store experience, sales, upselling, pricing, and merchandising experience., • Ability to lift and move products safely; familiarity with safe lifting practices is preferred.
