What You’ll Do • Lead, train, and support HVAC technicians in the field, • Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial systems, • Manage daily job assignments, routing, and service calls, • Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and operational efficiency, • Act as a point of contact for field operations and resolve job-related issuesRequirements Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Previous leadership or team coordination experience is required. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, along with the ability to travel across New York and New Jersey. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
