They have an immediate need within their Healthcare Division for a Senior Job Captain Professional with 10+ years of experience working on inpatient and ambulatory care projects. Responsibilities: • Assist in DOB and DOH code review, and building analysis, • Proficient in computer assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam, • Interface with the clients and consultants, • Lead the production of the architectural set of drawings from schematic design through construction documents, • Coordination of architectural documents with other consultants, • Review and markup architectural documents, • Respond to RFI’s during the GC Bidding phase, • Review and process of shop drawings and submittals during construction administration, • Respond to RFI’s during construction, • Attend construction administration meetings and write field reports Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years of continuous project documentation experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects, • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills, • Proficient in computer assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam, • A strong understanding and experience with NYC and NYS Building Codes, ADA compliance, NFPA 2012 for Healthcare, FGI 2018 Guidelines, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure Annual Salary Range*: $90K to $130K
