Key Responsibilities:
- Complete disassembly of vehicles to assist estimators with accurate repair plans.
- Execute high-quality repairs including panel replacement, structural alignment, and dent removal.
- Prepare surfaces expertly by filing, grinding, and sanding before paint application.
- Operate specialized shop equipment and power tools safely (welders, frame machines, sanders).
- Collaborate closely with painters and estimators to minimize cycle times and eliminate repair supplements.
