Provide friendly, efficient service in a busy bakery and café environment. Prepare coffee and espresso drinks, assist customers with pastry and beverage selections, process payments accurately, and keep the counter, displays, and coffee station clean and organized. • Greet customers warmly, answer menu questions, and take food and beverage orders accurately., • Prepare and serve espresso drinks, brewed coffee, tea, and other beverages according to shop standards., • Operate the point-of-sale system and process cash, credit card, and digital payments., • Package pastries and other baked goods carefully for dine-in and takeaway orders., • Keep pastry displays attractive, organized, and stocked., • Restock cups, lids, napkins, beverage ingredients, and packaging supplies., • Clean and sanitize counters, equipment, and customer-service areas., • Communicate with coworkers to keep orders moving efficiently during busy periods., • Follow food-safety procedures and assist with opening and closing duties.
