We partner with established organizations to help strengthen their presence in the Houston market through professional, in-person marketing campaigns.
Role Description
We’re seeking Brand Ambassadors to join our Houston team. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on representing our clients and their brands through direct, face-to-face customer interactions.
Brand Ambassadors serve as a direct point of contact between our clients and potential customers. The role involves educating customers on products and services, answering questions, creating a positive brand experience, and supporting customer acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face interactions at businesses
- Engage with prospective customers and introduce relevant products and services
- Communicate product information clearly and accurately
- Answer customer questions and assist with the enrollment or sign-up process
- Work alongside the team to meet campaign and client objectives
- Participate in ongoing product, communication, and leadership training
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve campaign performance
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with the public
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Organized and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
