Join our ghost kitchen operation as an assistant to the lead operator. Paid training will be provided. Responsibilities include: • Learning proper cooking procedures for all menu items, • Packaging orders neatly and safely for transport, • Operating the order tablet, • Obtaining a food handler certificate through ServSafe or 360training, • Completing opening, preparation, cleaning, and closing procedures, • Preparing the daily prep list and getting ready for service, • Maintaining cleanliness throughout business hours, • Following additional instructions as needed Shifts may be scheduled within the following timeframes, depending on business needs: • Weekdays: 6 a.m.–4 p.m., • Weekends: 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
