Certified Medical Assistant - Active Staffing Services - Baltimore

General X-ray technician to work long term contract and PRN schedule in urgent care facilities in and around Baltimore. Schedule is M-F 830-5p, must have at least 1 year of recent relevant experience as well as digital xray capability.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments., • Coordinate client communications and maintain wine inventory correspondence., • Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries., • Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, expense reports, and emails., • Assist with inventory (lifting up to 50 lbs., approximately 1–2 hours per week)., • Process expenses using Expensify., • Maintain Excel tracking reports., • Sort and distribute mail., • Coordinate with administrative staff and support office operations. Minimum Requirements: • 3–5 years of Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment., • Strong organizational and multitasking skills., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Expensify., • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and software., • Excellent proofreading and communication skills., • Strong customer service orientation with a high level of discretion and confidentiality., • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Event planning experience is a plus but not required

1+ Experience driving in the 5 boroughs, Start ASAP Locations: 📍 Bronx NY 10454 Job description: The Bronx/Brooklyn Route Driver is responsible for providing efficient and safe delivery of boxes to our customers within the NYC Metro Area (5 Boroughs and other areas). The driver operates a refrigerated 16 ft truck and operates a hand truck to assist when making deliveries. Our drivers deliver orders to the appropriate destination within a scheduled time.
