Responsibilities • Operate both automatic and manual screen printing presses., • Read, understand, and follow work orders and production specifications., • Coat, expose (shoot), and register screens accurately., • Mix inks and match colors as needed., • Understand different fabric types and select the appropriate inks for each material., • Know proper curing and drying temperatures for different inks and fabrics., • Load and unload garments and other materials onto and off the press., • Set up presses, adjust settings, and troubleshoot printing issues., • Maintain consistent print quality, color accuracy, and proper registration., • Perform other duties related to the screen printing process as needed., • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
