We are looking for experienced cleaning staff to join our team servicing Airbnb apartments and hotel rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning Airbnb apartments and hotel rooms.
- Working with the Breezeway app.
- Completing checklists and photo reports after each cleaning.
Working conditions:
- Working as part of a team alongside a supervisor.
- Most properties are located in Miami Beach.
- Most cleanings take place between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- On days with large apartments or a higher workload, the workday may extend to 5:00–6:00 PM.
- On average, each employee cleans 3–5 properties per day.
- Laundry is not required on-site.
- The company provides everything needed for the job: equipment, supplies, professional cleaning chemicals, and a steady flow of jobs.
Training:
- Before starting work, you will receive training videos, work instructions, and internal company guidelines that must be reviewed.
- After that, paid training is provided for 1–2 days.
- Training pay is $12 per hour.
Pay:
- $18–25 per hour depending on quality of work, speed, and overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is required.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability.
- A valid U.S. work permit.

We provide transportation from Aventura to Miami Beach. If you live outside the Aventura area, you will either need to come to Aventura to ride with the supervisor in the company vehicle, or make your own way to the properties in Miami Beach. Thank you.
