You’ll be preparing and arranging: • Fruit platters and cheese boards, • Charcuterie and vegetable platters, • Sandwiches, wraps, and salads, • Breakfast and pastry trays Presentation matters. We want someone who enjoys making food look beautiful—from clean fruit cuts and layered arrangements to neatly assembled sandwich platters. Good knife skills, organization, cleanliness, and the ability to work quickly while keeping quality consistent are essential. Experience in catering, deli preparation, or a cold kitchen is preferred. We're a busy fast-casual Korean Gastropub looking for reliable kitchen staff for our night shift (4:00PM–2:30AM). We are looking for a line cook who can follow the guidance of senior staff and who has the potential to eventually become a senior line cook capable of leading the line.
