We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, maintaining, and updating information within our databases, specifically supporting our sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting data from various sources into our systems.
- Verifying data for errors and inconsistencies, correcting as needed.
- Maintaining and updating customer records, sales leads, and marketing campaign data.
- Organizing and filing documents, both physical and digital.
- Generating reports and retrieving data as requested.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing departments.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all data.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a data entry role or similar administrative position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
