Position Overview Orbital Kitchens is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Dishwasher / Porter to support daily kitchen operations. Kitchen Operations Support • Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries., • Maintain clean and organized storage areas, walk-in refrigerators, and dry storage spaces., • Support kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed., • Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or sanitation concerns to management., • Follow opening, closing, and overnight cleaning procedures as assigned. Qualifications • Previous dishwashing, porter, janitorial, or restaurant experience preferred but not required., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume commercial kitchen., • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices., • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently., • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork., • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
