Key Responsibilities: • Operate Equipment: Safely run industrial saws, including radial arm saws, miter saws, and component saws., • Read Cut Lists: Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and cut lists for daily production needs., • Quality Control: Inspect lumber for defects and verify dimensions against technical drawings., • Maintenance: Perform daily machine cleanings. Qualifications & Skills: • Experience: 10+ years of experience in woodworking, carpentry, framing, roofing or a manufacturing plant environment., • Physical Ability: Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs., • Safety Mindset: Strict adherence to PPE requirements (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe boots).
