Management Group is urgently hiring Field Sales Representatives to join our team representing a major national telecommunications provider across New Jersey. Immediate openings are available.

In this in-person role, you will:

Engage directly with customers in their communities.
Provide information about telecommunications services and help customers select suitable plans.
Conduct face-to-face sales presentations in assigned territories.
Represent the client’s brand professionally and accurately.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Participate in ongoing training and team development sessions.

Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be reliable and self-motivated, and be able to work independently in the field. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
