Job Responsibilities • Lead engaging, effective, and thoughtfully structured Reformer Pilates classes for clients of varying fitness levels., • Design classes that emphasize core strength, alignment, flexibility, balance, controlled movement, and full-body sculpting., • Provide clear instruction, demonstrate exercises, and offer modifications and progressions based on individual client needs., • Maintain proper class pacing while ensuring clients practice safely and use equipment correctly., • Create a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive environment that encourages clients to reach their fitness goals., • Deliver exceptional customer service consistent with Maison Luxe's luxury brand and hospitality standards., • Prepare the studio and Reformer equipment before classes and ensure the space remains clean, organized, and presentable., • Build positive relationships with clients and encourage consistent attendance and long-term engagement., • Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance for all scheduled classes., • Collaborate with the Maison Luxe team on class programming, special events, and studio initiatives. Qualifications • Current Pilates instructor certification with Reformer Pilates training or certification., • Strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, alignment, and safe movement mechanics., • Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates preferred., • Ability to confidently lead group classes while providing individualized attention in a small-group setting., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills., • Professional, punctual, organized, and dependable., • Positive energy and a genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and helping clients achieve results., • Ability to create challenging yet accessible classes for a range of experience levels., • A polished, professional presence and appreciation for luxury wellness and hospitality. Preferred Experience • Experience with sculpt-focused Reformer Pilates programming., • Ability to teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level classes., • Experience working in boutique fitness studios or luxury wellness environments., • Availability for weekday evenings and/or weekend classes.
