Full job description
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and organized individual to join our team in a full-time front desk and optical sales position.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting and interacting with patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Assisting customers with optical sales and eyewear selection
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a medical/optical office preferred but not required
- Optical sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is required
- Must be available to work every Tuesday and Thursday
Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
