Qualified applicants will first be invited to an approximately 30-minute virtual interview. The strongest candidates may then be invited to complete a paid working evaluation on an actual cleaning assignment. The evaluation allows us to observe cleaning quality, productivity, ability to follow instructions, communication, professionalism, work ethic, and response to feedback. Participation in an interview or paid working evaluation does not guarantee ongoing assignments. Candidates selected following the working evaluation will enter Bestom Kleen's four-week probationary period. Important Please apply only if you are genuinely interested in cleaning work and can reliably honor the assignments you accept.
