KITCHEN HELPER
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to assist kitchen staff with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining an organized kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling.
- Wash, peel, cut, and portion ingredients as needed.
- Help cooks and kitchen staff with daily tasks.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, counters, and floors.
- Receive, organize, and store food and kitchen supplies.
- Take out trash and maintain proper sanitation.
- Follow food-safety and kitchen procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food-service experience preferred but not required.
- Hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift supplies when needed.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
