We're seeking compassionate, dependable therapists to join Ascend Mental Health & Wellness. In this role, therapists will provide individual psychotherapy to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, substance use concerns, and other mental health challenges. Responsibilities include completing clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining timely and accurate documentation, coordinating care when appropriate, and participating in supervision or clinical consultation. Ideal candidates will provide thoughtful, evidence-based care, communicate professionally, manage their schedules reliably, and help create a welcoming environment where clients feel genuinely heard and supported.
