We're looking for a UGC content creator to make short-form videos for Archive, a desktop app for building and running long-term projects. You'd film yourself using Archive and show real workflows, like job search tracking, studying, and planning your life, in a natural, relatable way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Film and edit 2 vertical Instagram Reels per week (15-30 seconds each)
- Use Archive on camera to show how it works in real situations
- Add basic edits and captions
- Submit your Reels for approval before anything is posted
- Join a short weekly call for feedback
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Comfortable on camera and good at making short-form content feel natural, not scripted
- Familiar with current Reels/TikTok trends
- Able to edit on your phone or computer (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Reliable and able to hit a weekly Friday deadline
- Experience with tech or app content is a plus, but a strong sample matters most
PAY & SCHEDULE
- Independent contractor (1099), about 5 hours/week
- Paid a flat rate of $42.50 per approved Reel (based on $17/hour), plus $17/hour for paid check-in calls when scheduled
- Paid weekly
- Fully remote. You set your own hours and filming process
HOW TO APPLY
After you apply, message me a link to a tech/app/product UGC video you've made (or make a new one). Applications without a video link can't be considered.
A written contractor agreement is provided before work starts.

Archive is an independent software company focused on building tools that help people organize complex projects, manage ideas, and turn long-term goals into actionable steps. Our flagship product, Archive, brings goal trees, visual canvases, mind maps, notes, drawings, and project resources together in one desktop application. Designed for projects that take months rather than days, Archive helps users break down ambitious goals, keep related information organized, and pick up where they left off. We believe software should respect its users' privacy and ownership. Archive is local-first, works offline, requires no account, and is available for a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. We're building practical software that puts users in control of their data and helps them do their best work.
