Wellness Sales Associate - Beem Light Sauna - Paramus

Are you passionate about wellness and naturally great at connecting with people? Beem Light Sauna is looking for an outgoing, motivated Wellness Sales Associate who can turn first-time guests into long-term members. The Wellness Sales Associate is a front-line, revenue-driving role responsible for generating membership sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting the Studio Manager in executing daily sales and marketing initiatives. This position plays a critical role in converting leads into members, educating clients on beem® Light Sauna services, and creating a welcoming, high energy studio environment that drives retention and referrals. The ideal candidate is personable, coachable, sales-motivated, and comfortable engaging with clients in person, on the phone, and through digital communication. While operational tasks are part of the role, sales performance and client experience are the top priorities.

Sells prepaid wireless plans, phones, and accessories while providing customer service in a retail store. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Help customers choose phones, plans, and accessories that fit their needs.Sales Targets: Meet daily and monthly goals for new activations, upgrades, and accessory sales. Store Operations: Handle cash transactions, manage inventory, and keep the store clean and organized. Marketing: Participate in local community events or promotions to bring in new foot traffic. Requirements & SkillsExperience: Usually requires at least 6 months of retail sales or customer service experience. Education: Prefers a high school diploma or equivalent. Physical Demands: Requires standing or walking for long shifts, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Availability: Often requires working flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Bilingual Skills: Speaking a second language (like Spanish) is frequently preferred depending on the store location. Pay and CompensationBase Pay: Typically ranges from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on location and experience.Commissions: Many positions offer bonus or commission pay on top of the base hourly rate to boost total earnings.

We are seeking outgoing, personable individuals to participate in a filmed sales associate interview in the North Jersey/NYC area. Participants will take part in an on-camera interview structured similarly to a standard sales associate job interview. We are looking for people who can respond naturally and professionally in an interview setting. Prior sales or retail experience is helpful but not required. What to Expect • Participants will be interviewed on camera., • The interview and participants' responses may be recorded and used as part of a filmed media production., • Participants should arrive prepared and dressed as they would for a real sales associate interview., • You may be asked questions relating to customer service, sales, workplace scenarios, and your experience., • A media/appearance release will be required before filming. Compensation: This is an unpaid/volunteer production opportunity unless compensation is specifically agreed upon with an individual participant after the interview.
