What You'll Do: • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trusted relationships with business leaders and decision-makers., • Partner with internal teams (HR Business Partners, Payroll Specialists, Benefits Advisors, Compliance, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of all services., • Act as a strategic advisor, understanding each client’s business objectives and aligning PEO services to support their growth and employee needs., • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate satisfaction, identify opportunities, and provide insights on HR and workforce trends., • Proactively identify and resolve client concerns or challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution., • Support client renewals and retention strategies by showcasing the value of partnership and services., • Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions for new clients and set the stage for long-term success., • Ensure client records, communications, and service requests are accurately maintained in internal systems., • Monitor client satisfaction and advocate internally for service enhancements or escalations when needed., • Deliver benefit presentations and client-facing materials with clarity and professionalism., • Monitor account performance through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools., • Stay current on ExtensisHR’s evolving service offerings to identify opportunities for enhanced client support. AI Utilization and Literacy: A key function of this role includes the effective use and understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and overall performance. This position is expected to maintain awareness of emerging AI applications relevant to their responsibilities, apply AI tools ethically and effectively, and continuously develop their AI proficiency. What You Bring: • 1–3 years of experience in client services, account support, or administrative roles, with a strong preference for experience supporting employee benefits or benefits-related programs., • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)., • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred., • Strong attention to accuracy and detail., • Effective analytical and critical thinking skills., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Team player, results-focused, strong work ethic., • Ability to be agile and flexible with assignments., • Good communicator (writing and verbally) in formal and informal business settings., • High ethical standards., • Physical Demands:, • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing desk-related tasks., • Prolonged use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse, requiring repetitive motion., • Ability to lift and carry office supplies or equipment up to 20 pounds., • Occasional bending, reaching, and twisting to retrieve files or supplies., • Ability to walk throughout the office, including moving between different departments or meeting rooms., • Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone or video conferencing., • Ability to focus and maintain attention for long periods while working on various tasks., • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form., • Occasional travel may be required., • The work environment is typically quiet and climate-controlled, with standard office equipment available., • This role may be performed in a hybrid or remote setting, depending on business needs and employee accommodation.
