The PCHP Prevention Educator will work closely with current JPAFHC patients and staff as well as the community to provide HIV education and health promotion services, outreach, HIV testing on- and off-site, and linkages to care. This role will play an integral part on the team to counsel, test, and refer at-risk communities to vital HIV, sexual health, and other primary care services at JPAFHC. They will also work closely with the Outreach Coordinator to provide testing, education, and referrals at outreach and partner events in the community. Requirements: 1. Job Description We’re seeking a Behavioral Health Care Manager (BHCM) to deliver Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) behavioral health services in nursing home settings. This hybrid role includes on-site patient engagement and remote follow-up, under the supervision of a psychiatric consultant and in partnership with primary care providers. Ideal candidates are certified MAs with behavioral health experience or licensed mental health professionals (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC) comfortable working with geriatric populations. Senior Tax Accountant Bellmore, NY If you’re good at a bit of everything, why take a job that only lets you do 1 thing? This is a 30 person CPA firm where being an all rounder is actually useful. You’ll work across accounting, financial statements and broader client work, with exposure to businesses ranging from established companies to start ups. It’s a role for someone who likes understanding the whole client rather than being handed 1 tiny piece of the puzzle. There are 5 Partners, so it’s small enough to have proper access to the people making decisions and big enough to give you interesting work and room to develop. There’s also a rather sensible approach to busy season. You’re looking at around 50 to 52 hours rather than the 65 hour weeks that seem to have become some peculiar badge of honour in public accounting. There’s flexibility around your start and finish times too. The role is fully office based in Bellmore and they use Lacerte. You’ll get 2 weeks PTO and there isn’t a formal sick day policy.
