    Position Overview Join a private practice team providing patient-centered physical therapy focused on balance and vestibular retraining, and fall prevention. Deliver high-quality, one-on-one care using specialized clinical technologies, including the Safety Overhead Support (SOS) harness system and Class 4 Laser Therapy, to help patients restore mobility and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of mobility, balance, strength, and functional limitations., • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient goals., • Provide specialized care for orthopedic injuries, vestibular disorders, balance impairments, and post-operative rehabilitation., • Use advanced therapy equipment to support effective patient outcomes., • Complete timely, compliant clinical documentation and progress notes in Prompt EMR., • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and post-rehabilitation wellness., • Communicate actively with referring physicians and the local medical community. Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a DPT, MS or Bachelor in Physical Therapy., • Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in New Jersey., • Experience in orthopedics, balance and vestibular care, or outpatient therapy is preferred., • Experienced clinicians and motivated new graduates are welcome to apply., • Current CPR/BLS certification., • Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal communication, and digital EMR skills.
