Job DescriptionDescription: Program Manager, Adult Mommy-and-Me Residential Program At The Center for Great Expectations (CGE), our Adult Mommy-and-Me Residential Program provides trauma-informed treatment and supportive services to pregnant and parenting women navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges—all while keeping mothers and their children together. We are seeking a Program Manager who is passionate about behavioral health, committed to trauma-informed care, and energized by the opportunity to lead a team and a program that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of women and families. This is an opportunity to shepherd CGE's Relational Recovery Model that has been thoughtfully developed and refined over the last few years. By promoting the use of the Relational Recovery Model, the Program Manager will shape the quality of care provided to residents, develop and support a dedicated team, build strong community partnerships, and foster an environment where residents can heal, grow, and work toward lasting independence.
