We are looking for a dependable, organized, customer-focused person to join our team and become an important part of our front counter and customer service operation. This is not simply a receptionist position. You will work directly with customers in our store, by phone, and online. You will help customers place orders, answer questions, research existing orders, and help resolve problems when they occur. We are willing to train the right person, but reliability, professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to learn are extremely important. Automotive, auto body, automotive paint, parts-counter, collision-industry, or similar experience is a strong plus, but we are willing to train a dependable candidate who is eager to learn. Experience with e-commerce, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, ShipStation, POS systems, or online customer service is also a plus. Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus. Basic computer and email skills are required. Schedule & Availability This position requires availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Some Weekends may occasionally be required depending on business needs. Saturday availability 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
