Job Purpose The Industrial Engineer role is primarily responsible for company-wide continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Participates individually or on cross-functional teams focused on relentless continuous improvement and problem solving activities throughout the company. As a Senior UX Designer, you'll own the end-to-end experience for major parts of the GEP Quantum Intelligence platform. We're looking for an innovator with deep Figma expertise: someone who gets genuinely excited about presenting their ideas and telling the story behind them, and who is deeply passionate about how AI is changing the user experience. You'll work day to day with product managers, engineers, data scientists and procurement subject-matter experts, and you'll be a go-to voice on design quality and craft across the team.
