M&G Staffing Co., a dental staffing and recruiting agency, is hiring on behalf of a well-established, single-doctor dental practice in Hilliard, Ohio. Their longtime hygienist is retiring, so this is a seat in a stable, supportive practice with a warm team, loyal patients, and very low turnover. Schedule • 2 days per week: Mondays plus one flexible day (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday), • Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility What’s Offered • $50 per hour, • Hour-long prophy appointments, • No production quotas, • 401(k) with a 3% company contribution, • 2 weeks of paid time off, paid out even if unused, • Paid holidays, • New technology and Dentrix software, • Willing to train the right candidate Requirements • Active Ohio RDH license (new grads with pending licensure also considered), • Current CPR certification, • Positive attitude and commitment to quality patient care New graduates and experienced hygienists are both welcome!
