Automotive, auto body, automotive paint, parts-counter, collision-industry, or similar experience is a strong plus, but we are willing to train a dependable candidate who is eager to learn. Experience with e-commerce, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, ShipStation, POS systems, or online customer service is also a plus. Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus. Basic computer and email skills are required. Schedule & Availability This position requires availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Some Weekends may occasionally be required depending on business needs. Saturday availability 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please apply only if you can reliably meet the scheduling requirements of this position. Compensation & Benefits • $19.00–$22.00 per hour, • Full-time position, • 1 week paid time off (PTO), • 1 week sick time, • Major holidays off and paid, • On-the-job training, • Opportunity to learn the automotive paint and refinishing industry, • Opportunity to grow with an established local and e-commerce business A Successful Person in This Position The right person doesn't need to know everything about automotive paint on day one. What matters most is that you show up consistently, arrive on time, communicate professionally, pay attention to details, learn from training, and genuinely try to help customers. When a customer has a problem, we don't want someone who simply says, "I don't know." We want someone who will find out what happened, communicate with the customer, ask for help when necessary, and work toward a solution. If you're dependable, comfortable working with people and computers, enjoy solving problems, and want a position where you can learn and take on responsibility, we'd like to hear from you. When Applying Please include a short response to the following question with your application: A customer contacts us and says the automotive paint they received doesn't match their vehicle. They are frustrated and want the problem fixed. How would you handle the situation? We're not looking for automotive paint expertise in your answer. We want to understand how you communicate, think through a problem, and take care of a customer.
