Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established and highly respected law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys being involved in all phases of complex litigation and thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment. This position offers exposure to sophisticated matters, meaningful attorney interaction, and the chance to support a variety of litigation practices rather than working with a single attorney or case type. What You'll Do • Assist attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation, • Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files, records, and databases, • Prepare and file court documents in state and federal courts while monitoring critical deadlines, • Draft and revise pleadings, discovery materials, subpoenas, correspondence, and other legal documents, • Conduct document review, fact gathering, and case-related research, • Support deposition preparation, exhibit management, witness files, and trial materials, • Coordinate service of process, filings, and communications with courts and outside vendors, • Interact professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and litigation support providers, • Provide both paralegal and legal administrative support as needed in a fast-paced practiceWhat We're Looking For, • At least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in commercial or business litigation, • Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms and document management systems, • Strong understanding of court procedures, filing requirements, and litigation workflows, • Ability to efficiently manage competing deadlines and priorities, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail, • Professional demeanor and confidence communicating with a variety of legal and business professionals, • Experience with litigation technology platforms such as Relativity, Nextpoint, or similar tools is highly preferredWhy You'll Love This Opportunity, • Collaborative and supportive office culture, • Opportunity to work with multiple attorneys and gain exposure to a broad range of matters, • Regular workload balancing and team communication to promote long-term success, • No formal billable-hour requirement, • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageBenefits, • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, • 401(k) with employer match, • Health Savings Account with employer contributions, • Paid parking, • Generous paid time off package, • Stable, team-oriented work environment with strong professional supportIf you're an experienced litigation paralegal looking for a long-term opportunity with a collegial and professional law firm, we'd love to connect with you.
