Communicate effectively with passengers using clear language; manage behavior and discipline when needed to ensure a respectful environment. Respond quickly to traffic changes or route adjustments to ensure on-time arrivals while prioritizing passenger safety. Adhere to all driving codes, policies, and local/state commercial driving laws while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Experience Proven experience in driving, including transit bus operation, school bus driving, truck driving with a strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations. Experience working with seniors is highly desirable; ability to manage behavior and provide compassionate customer service. Knowledge of emergency response procedures for transportation situations such as accidents or medical emergencies; CPR certification is a plus.
