When a customer has a problem, we don't want someone who simply says, "I don't know." We want someone who will find out what happened, communicate with the customer, ask for help when necessary, and work toward a solution. If you're dependable, comfortable working with people and computers, enjoy solving problems, and want a position where you can learn and take on responsibility, we'd like to hear from you. When Applying Please include a short response to the following question with your application: A customer contacts us and says the automotive paint they received doesn't match their vehicle. They are frustrated and want the problem fixed. How would you handle the situation? We're not looking for automotive paint expertise in your answer.
