The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our dealership and will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every customer and guest. Responsibilities • Answer dealership group phones and direct calls appropriately, • Greet and receive prospects and customers in a warm, professional manner, • Direct customers to the appropriate department, notify the appropriate team member that a customer is waiting, and introduce customers to a salesperson, • Work cooperatively and effectively with the sales team, • Update and maintain customer records, • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents, • Process credit card transactions, • Handle cash deposits and ensure funds are properly secured and accounted for, • Prepare and issue receipts for customer transactions and payments, • Provide outstanding customer service and represent the dealership professionally at all times Qualifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Outgoing, positive, and welcoming demeanor, • Professional presentation and appearance, • Punctual, dependable, and highly organized, • Ability to handle schedule flexibility; evenings and some Saturdays are a MUST, • Ability to successfully pass a background check, • Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling financial transactions, • Comfortable handling cash, credit card transactions, and receipts, • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced dealership environment, • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible family members, • Paid vacation and sick time, • 401(k) retirement plan, • Competitive annual salary of $55,000–$65,000, based on experience and qualifications What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in being professional, dependable, welcoming, and detail-oriented.
