WHY WORK AT JOE & THE JUICE JOE & THE JUICE is a people-centric food and beverage company built around culture, not just juice, sandwiches, coffee, and much more. When joining us, you step into a high-energy community where the music is loud, the bar is your stage, and your personality matters as much as your skills. We believe in four simple virtues that shape everything we do: • Positive Attitude, • Inclusion, • Social Ties, • Growth For us, this means that when you choose a cup-half-full mindset, welcome people from every background, build real friendships across the bar by creating great guest experiences, and use every shift as a chance to learn something new — you become more than just a Juicer; like us, you continue to search and find purpose and meaning in what you do. From your first day, you'll be part of an international network of Juicers who support each other, celebrate wins together, and push each other to grow. You will learn by doing, move through a clear Moneyball career path, and be part of a company where most leaders have earned their stripes behind the bar (fun fact: over 75% of our employees started as Juicers!). If you love fast-paced service, music, people, and the idea of turning a job into a lifestyle, JOE can become a place to build skills, friendships, and a career that can take you across cities, countries, and roles. EVENT & COMMUNITY MANAGER Reports to: Sr. Event & Community Manager Location: Based in our NYC HQ office THE ROLE We are growing fast, and with that comes a lot of new JOE & THE JUICE stores. We are looking for an energetic, organized and hands-on Event & Community Manager to join our Brand & Culture team and help bring our new stores to life. Your main focus will be new store openings. You will work closely with our Senior Event & Community Manager to make sure every opening feels like JOE from day one, from the first local partnership to the opening-day energy. You will also support a range of other brand, community and cultural events across the US. This is a role for someone who likes to get things done. You are comfortable juggling multiple openings, working with local partners, talking to people, solving problems and being on the ground making things happen. We are not looking for someone who just wants to sit behind a desk and plan events. You need to be a doer. WHAT YOU'LL DO New Store Openings • Support the planning and execution of JOE & THE JUICE new store openings across the US. Own the day-to-day event checklist and make sure everything is moving toward opening day. Coordinate opening-day activations, local partnerships, DJs, fitness studios, creators, businesses and community partners. Help identify relevant local people, businesses, communities and cultural partners around each new store. Coordinate with local teams, Juicers and HQ to make sure everyone knows what is happening and when. Organize event materials, giveaways, sampling, signage, music, staffing and other opening-day needs. Help create energy around new openings before, during and after opening day. Support local outreach and community building around new stores. Be on the ground for openings when needed and make sure the event runs smoothly. * Help build and improve our store-opening playbook so every opening gets better. Community & Brand Events • Support the Senior Event & Community Manager with JOE events, activations and community initiatives. Help execute fitness, wellness, music, culture and lifestyle events. Support partnerships with local businesses, studios, creators, artists, DJs and communities. Help coordinate events from initial idea through execution and wrap-up. Assist with guest lists, RSVPs, event materials, gifting, product, staffing and logistics. Help create moments that people actually want to be part of, rather than events that simply exist on a calendar. Support events across different JOE markets and cities when needed. Community Building • Help JOE become part of the local community in every new market we enter. Research and build relationships with relevant local communities, businesses, gyms, studios, creators, universities, cultural organizations and other partners. Find opportunities for JOE to show up in the right places and with the right people. Help turn new stores into local community hubs, not just new addresses. Keep an eye on what is happening locally and bring new ideas to the team. Operations & Organization • Manage multiple projects and store openings at the same time. Keep timelines, budgets, contacts and event details organized. Coordinate with internal teams including Brand & Culture, Operations, Training, Real Estate and local store teams. Work with external vendors and partners when needed. Help track event spend and make sure we are getting value from every activation. * Recap events and openings, capturing learnings, results and opportunities for improvement. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 2+ years of experience in events, community, hospitality, experiential marketing, brand activations or a similar role. Experience working on events or activations from planning through execution. Extremely organized and able to manage multiple deadlines at once. Someone who naturally takes ownership and follows things through. A strong communicator who is comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners. Comfortable reaching out to people and building relationships. Creative and culturally curious, with a good understanding of what is happening in music, fitness, wellness, food, fashion and lifestyle. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where plans can change quickly. Willing to travel and work evenings or weekends when events and openings require it. Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. Comfortable being hands-on. If something needs to be moved, fixed, picked up, set up or solved, you are not afraid to jump in. * You understand that a great event is about the people and the experience, not just the production. YOU ARE • A doer. You don't wait for someone else to solve the problem. Organized. You can have 10 things happening at once and still know exactly what needs to happen next. People-focused. You genuinely enjoy meeting people, building relationships and creating community. Culturally curious. You know what is happening around you and understand what makes people want to show up. Energetic. You bring energy into a room and aren't afraid to get involved. Detail-oriented. You notice the things other people miss. JOE. You understand that we are not just selling juice, coffee and sandwiches. We are creating an experience, a feeling and a community. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • New JOE stores open with strong local energy and community engagement. Opening events are organized, on-brand and executed smoothly. Local partnerships are consistently built around new stores. More people know about JOE before we open the doors. Our openings feel connected to the neighborhood they are entering. The Senior Event & Community Manager has a strong execution partner who can take ownership and get things done. Our event and opening playbooks continue to become better, faster and more scalable as JOE grows. THE TEAM You will be part of the US Brand & Culture team and report directly to the Senior Event & Community Manager. You will work closely with Brand, Operations, Training, local store teams and other teams across JOE & THE JUICE. This is an opportunity to join JOE at a pretty exciting time. We are opening stores across new cities and markets, building communities around them and continuing to make JOE one of the most relevant and exciting café brands in the US. Come help us make every new JOE feel like it has always belonged there. PERKS & BENEFITS • Compensation: $85,000, • Medical, dental, and vision coverage with multiple plan options, • 401(k) to support your financial future, • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays to recharge, • Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage, • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and commuter benefits, • Additional perks including employee discounts, exclusive discounts and special offers Joe & the Juice is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Client Account Manager — Entry Level Sales Street Reach Co. | Midtown Manhattan, NYC Full Time | In Person | Weekly Pay $800–$2,500+ per week after training 2-Week Paid Training: $350/week The Role This is a face-to-face B2B sales role for people who want to get good at communicating, closing deals, building relationships, and making money based on performance. Street Reach Co. represents a Fortune 500 client across New York City. You’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers, introduce solutions that can help their business, and turn conversations into new accounts. No sales experience? That’s fine. We train you. What matters more is that you’re competitive, coachable, confident talking to people, and willing to put in the work. What You’ll Actually Do • Meet business owners and decision-makers across NYC, • Represent a Fortune 500 brand in person, • Pitch products and services and close new business accounts, • Build real client relationships instead of sitting behind a screen all day, • Learn how to handle objections, negotiate, present, and sell, • Track your numbers and work toward weekly sales targets, • Take part in daily coaching and sales training How You Get Paid Training: $350/week for your first 2 weeks. After training: Earn the $800 weekly guarantee when performance requirements are met OR your commissions — whichever is higher. And there’s more upside: • Uncapped commissions — your earnings grow with your production, • Up to $1,000/week in performance bonuses, • Residual commissions — bring in quality accounts that stay active and continue earning from them, • Weekly direct deposit, • Top performers can earn $2,500+ per week In short: sell more, earn more. Where This Can Go You’re being hired into sales first. If you become great at that and want more responsibility, there’s a performance-based path into leadership and management, where you can learn recruiting, training, team development, operations, and campaign management. Typical progression: Junior Client Account Manager → Client Account Manager → Assistant Manager → Campaign Manager Promotions are based on results — not how long you’ve been around. You’ll Probably Like This If You’re… • Competitive and goal-driven, • Comfortable talking to new people, • Coachable and open to feedback, • Coming from hospitality, retail, sports, customer service, or another fast-paced environment, • Looking for something where your effort actually impacts your paycheck, • Interested in building sales and leadership skills you can take anywhere Student-athletes, team captains, hospitality professionals, and people used to performance-based environments tend to transition well. No prior sales experience required. Requirements • 18+, • High School Diploma or GED, • Authorized to work in the United States, • Able to reliably commute to Midtown Manhattan, • Available for full-time, in-person work Want In? Apply through this posting. If your background looks like a fit, our team will reach out to schedule a short initial interview. Work Location: In person — Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY Street Reach, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. The compensation range listed is a good-faith estimate in accordance with New York City pay transparency requirements. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and applicable compensation-plan requirements.
