We are seeking a Dry Cleaners Customer Service Associate for a part-time position, with potential for full-time. As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide exceptional front-counter service, process dry-cleaning orders, and ensure accurate garment handling in a retail setting. Responsibilities: • Assist customers with garment drop-off and pickup., • Explain services and pricing clearly., • Process payments accurately using a POS system (experience with SPOT is a plus)., • Assemble and verify garments., • Maintain a clean and organized workspace., • Cover shifts at a second location as needed (optional). Qualifications: • Previous dry cleaning experience is essential for this role., • Customer service experience preferred., • Basic computer proficiency and strong communication skills., • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift items as required.
