Payless Motor Sport is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our successful dealership team. What You'll Do:
Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Follow up with leads generated through phone, internet, and walk-in traffic
Maintain product knowledge of current inventory and financing options
Work closely with management to achieve sales goals
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For:
Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales experience is a plus but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
Professional appearance and positive work ethic
Ability to work weekends
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Bilingual: English/Spanish
