Barista — Part-Time or Full-Time

Posh is looking for a friendly, energetic and dependable Barista to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, has strong attention to detail and can prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages in a busy restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos and specialty beverages
- Follow recipes and presentation standards for every drink
- Greet customers warmly and provide helpful, professional service
- Take orders accurately and operate the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked beverage station
- Restock cups, milk, syrups, coffee and other supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with light food preparation, desserts or counter service when needed
- Help open and close the beverage station
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend periods
Qualifications:
- Previous barista, café or restaurant experience preferred
- Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation is a plus
- Friendly personality and strong customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy shifts
- Dependable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a team
- Available for a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Willingness to learn Posh recipes, service standards and kosher procedures
