Busser / Runner - Amarone

Amarone, a neighborhood Italian restaurant located in Hell's Kitchen, New York, is seeking a talented and passionate Chef / Cook to join our culinary team. As a Chef / Cook, you will be responsible for: • Preparing and cooking a variety of Italian dishes according to our established recipes and quality standards., • Ensuring the freshness and quality of all ingredients., • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workstation., • Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours., • Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. We are looking for someone who: • Has proven experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably with Italian cuisine., • Possesses excellent culinary skills and attention to detail., • Is a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic., • Is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Clearing dirty plates, glasses, and silverware from tables. Wiping and resetting tables with clean place settings. Refilling water glasses when needed. Bringing bread, condiments, or other small items to guests if asked. Helping servers carry food or drinks when the restaurant is busy. Keeping the dining room, service stations, and sometimes restrooms clean. Taking dirty dishes to the kitchen and helping organize them.

To Qualify: 3+ years of experience in the same field Flexible schedule, available to work lunch and dinner shifts, weekends, and holidays The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Must have a friendly personality, fun, professional, and able to work under high pressure The ability to adapt, learn quickly, and be organized Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Must be fluent in English • IMMEDIATE HIRING *
