Zen Home Cleaning is a luxury, eco-friendly cleaning company serving high-end clients across all 5 NYC boroughs. We're not looking for warm bodies to fill roles, we're building a team of professionals who take pride in 5-star work, and we pay and treat people like it.
💰 Pay & Money
- $17–$19.50/hr.
- Paid WEEKLY by direct deposit
- W-2 employee - NOT a 1099.
- Travel paid between appointments
📅 Schedule
- Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 6 holidays a year

🧽 What You'll Do
Residential cleaning across all 5 boroughs - dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, and post-construction cleans. You'll follow our detailed 5-star checklists and travel via MTA between appointments.
✅ What We're Looking For
- Comfortable traveling to ALL 5 NYC boroughs via public transit (required - no exceptions)
- Can lift up to 25 lbs, stand 4–8 hours, and work on your knees or a step ladder
- Comfortable around pets, kids, and elderly clients
- Professional, reliable, and takes pride in the details
- Authorized to work in the US
- Ready to commit to at least 1 year
