Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed clinician to provide weekly clinical supervision to our team of therapists. This position currently requires approximately 2 hours per week of supervision, with the opportunity to expand the role by developing and maintaining your own clinical caseload within the practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician who enjoys mentoring therapists while remaining engaged in clinical work.
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.
- Support clinicians in case conceptualization, treatment planning, ethical decision-making, and professional development.
- Ensure supervisees meet state and professional standards for clinical practice.
- Collaborate with the practice owner to promote high-quality clinical care.
- Maintain appropriate documentation related to supervision.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in good standing.
- Valid New Jersey Clinical Supervisor Certificate (approved to supervise associate-level clinicians).
- Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willingness to become credentialed with insurance panels through the practice, or already independently credentialed with major insurance carriers.
