Fast-growing AI software startup is hiring hard-core cold callers. This is an in-person role at our NYC office — not remote. We're looking for people who pick up the phone 100+ times a day, love the grind, and want to make serious money doing it.
This isn't a stepping-stone job we're dangling to get you in the door. The phone is the job, and the people who are best at it earn the most. If dialing all day sounds like a punishment, skip this. If it sounds like a game you want to win, read on.
What you'll do:
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to businesses across the U.S.
- Book qualified meetings and drive pipeline
- Live in the CRM, hit daily activity targets, and own your numbers
- Learn the product cold so you can handle any objection thrown at you
What we're looking for:
- You love being on the phone and rejection doesn't faze you
- Competitive, coachable, and motivated by money
- Reliable — you show up, on time, every day, in person
- Sales experience is a plus but not required; hustle is non-negotiable
Compensation:
- Base salary: $50,000–$100,000 depending on experience
- On-target earnings: $125,000–$200,000 with uncapped commission
- Top performers earn more. The phone doesn't lie.
