WHAT YOU’LL DO • Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in a courteous, professional, and service-oriented manner., • Provide valet services, including safely parking and retrieving resident and guest vehicles., • Verify authorization of visitors and direct individuals to appropriate areas of the building., • Answer incoming phone calls using professional telephone etiquette and relay messages promptly., • Coordinate and manage deliveries in accordance with property procedures., • Maintain accurate security, service, and access logs., • Safeguard and properly manage keys and access items issued during shifts., • Monitor the lobby, entry areas, and common spaces to ensure safety, cleanliness, and order., • Understand and follow building safety and emergency procedures, reporting incidents or concerns immediately to management., • Maintain a professional appearance at all times, whether wearing a provided uniform or approved professional attire., • Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members.
