Requirements:
- Previous experience managing or working in an optical store (required)
- Strong knowledge of eyeglass sales, lenses, frames, and contact lenses
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with vision insurance plans and optical software preferred
- Ability to lead staff, oversee daily operations, and drive sales
