A telecom consulting start up is looking for a committed operations executive to join the growth story. Flexible work hours (6-8 hours a day) anytime between 8 am to 8 pm.
On the job training for initial 4 months to understand the job role before entering into a long term employment agreement. May need to work at second location 4 miles for some days depending on work requirements.
Job role would include support to sales and operations team.
Abilities and Expertise:
Analytical thinking, proficient in word and excel, familiar with AI tools, excellent complication skills to take calls from customers and partners.
Looking at capabilities over qualifications. Be prepared for 3 rounds of interviews. Those not meeting the basic requirement won’t be called for second round.
Base Salary, with perks and incentives for first 4 months of on-job training... Then the offer will be based on the value you add, and the promise you show, as together we grow.
