Position Overview:
Ascend Commerce is hiring an in-person livestream host to run TikTok Shop lives for several different brands on TikTok Shop — on-site in Westwood, New Jersey, 07675.
We handle strategy, product, scripting, and coaching. Your job is to show up and sell on camera using our script. Sales experience (retail, in-person, or livestreaming) is what we're after — live experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Compensation:
- Part-Time: $20-$30/hour

Schedule:
We are hiring for the following 3-hour shifts, Monday through Friday:
- Shift 1: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. ET
- Shift 2: 12:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. ET
- Shift 3: 3:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. ET
- Shift 4: 6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. ET
Each part-time host will typically work one shift per day, 2–4 days per week. Hosts are allowed to work two shifts in one day if they'd like.
The role, day-to-day
You'll be showcasing products (home decor, tech, etc) on camera through a TikTok Shop Livestream. Each shift will consist of 3 hours consecutively on live. Before applying, just be sure you're:
- Comfortable standing / on your feet while hosting
- Able to handle ~3hr sessions of high-energy, near-nonstop talking (you'll still ofc get breathers and minutes of downtime within each session)
