We are seeking motivated, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our team at Fluffies Hot Chicken. As a Customer Service Associate/Cashier, you will help deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. This role includes providing excellent customer service, operating the register, bagging food, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Duties: • Promptly greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, • Assist customers in selecting menu items, • Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, • Assist customers with kiosk ordering as needed, • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, • Utilize basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age, • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, • Able to stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation, • Able to lift 25-30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation, • Strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner, • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions Preferred: • Prior experience in a restaurant, customer service, or cashier roles, • Cash handling or Point of Sale (POS) experience, • Multilingual skills or able to communicate with diverse customers
